COUNTRY BREAD WITH RYE AND RYE SPROUTS 300 g

Ingredients: wheat flour type 1150, water, white wheat flour, rye grains, sunflower seeds, linseed, rye flour, salt, vegetable oil (sunflower), bread yeast, barley malt flour, improver.

Preparation: Defrost for 80 min. at room temperature / Bake for 28 – 30 min in a pre-heated oven between 190 – 200 °C.
