Bread

The bread we produce can be recognized by its crispy crust, mouth-watering texture and unique taste. With the help of traditional sourdough starters and dough-proofing techniques, we manage to create products that are distinguished by long-lasting freshness. We produce some of the most beloved white and wholemeal bread and rolls, as well as items influenced by food traditions of other cultures. Some of these include potato bread, as well as bread made using traditional French, English and Alpine recipes. Another speciality we are proud of is our unique flair for combining different types of seeds. In this way, we manage to offer products that give a balanced dose of vitamins, minerals and fibre to the body.
