ROUND BROWN BREAD WITH WHEAT BRAN 400 g

Ingredients: wheat flour type 1150, wheat flour, water, wheat leaven, salt, vegetable oil (sunflower), bread yeast, barley malt flour, wheat bran.

Preparation: Defrost for 80 min. at room temperature / Bake for 28 – 30 min in a pre-heated oven between 190 – 200 °C.
