FAMILY BREAD 1 kg

Ingredients: wheat flour “Dobrudzha”, water, rye flour, maize flour, liquid leaven, potato flakes, salt, sunflower oil, barley malt flour, dry rye leaven, bread yeast,
improver, caraway seeds.

Preparation: Defrost for 80 min. at room temperature / Bake for 28 – 30 min in a pre-heated oven between 190 – 200 °C.
